steady job, always work to do, some interesting people to work with, interfacing with customers

Cons

management did not provide the tools needed to accomplish my job. schedule changes every 2-3 weeks-hours are cut because of store sales. routine to work 2 or more departments daily. not enough time to accomplish all that is needed everyday.

Pros

Work is easy and straightforward. The management at my store is good and I get along well with everyone.

Cons

It's Walmart. Expect low pay and big corporation who treats it's employees like pawns. The attendance point system essentially punishes you for being sick if you have no PTO to cover it.
