Pros

More Money than hourly, medical, dental and Vision.

Cons

You will not actually be doing investigations. You will be an assistant store manager that oversees asset protection, claims, receiving and whatever else your store manager decides to throw at you. You will work a horrible schedule and have no time for family.

Pros

Benefits and possible bonuses with career security and many locations to apply and transfer to. Many different types of areas of employment to select from.

Cons

Work schedule has no concern for an individuals personal life. Fluctuating shifts with 10 hour minimum days and schedule changes every week. Split days off are frequent with 2 in a row off days given only once a month.
