Pros

The 401k match at 6% and 100% invested is a good. The 10% off of some items is nice, but should cover more things.

Cons

Not enough staffing to handle the workload. The pay should be more considering what you are expected to do. Most people burn out and don't last 6 months or even a year.

Pros

If you are lazy you will be recognized and promoted. New hires make as much or more than long-term associates.

Cons

If you work hard you don't matter. The insurance is horrible. The pay sucks for long-term associates.
