Bad management will get replaced eventually. If you do an average to good performance, you are likely to get a raise once a year. If you request a day off not on a holiday a month or more in advance, it is likely you can get that day off.

Cons

Even though they have a good set of values, it sometimes don't mean anything if the management ignores them. Career opportunities are not always available, and some are non-existent. If the management is bad, you have to wait up to a year for them to change to a different area. If you do an outstanding performance, you will still only get a standard raise.
