Following comments reflect creative marketing team, I don't have much knowledge of other departments. Your soul will be sucked from your body and they won't pay you very well (salary negotiations are aggressive and they're not flexible). Also hope you either A) don't need healthcare or b) are married to someone with good health insurance. Just look into the 'premium' ins. policy for FTEs, it's shockingly cheap and one of the benefits is there's an HSA attached, which are a regressive alternative to actually providing decent, dignified health coverage. All they care about is sales performance (i mean, obviously) but it's gotten more gross over the nearly 10 years I worked there. If you are a creative marketing professional, go ahead and accept a contractor role but know they will never hire you full time (but you can make more $ as a contractor so get that bag). Trust no one, particularly your manager, because they are all narcs. Just smile and nod. Creative leadership is ineffective and toxic, which reflects what I believe to be a general rot at that company.
