Pros

Competitive pay Rigid schedule Good time off policy

Cons

Warehouse is completely unorganized in terms of finding stuff you need especially for your job. You could pay me a million a year I would not become a manager. They treat them like doo doo. I've seen far too many good people leave or get fired because of ba company policies. Restroom situation is messed up. Previously if you had to use the restroom you had all the restrooms inside of security, so you didn't have to get screened to go use the restroom. Now a majority of the restrooms are behind security for some reason. I've had accidents because there are corridors you have to navigate and walk long distances to just use the toilet. And there are sections of the warehouse where it's a 5 minute walk to find a restroom. Surveillance state they are putting cameras everywhere instead of just using common sense. HR is a joke. They purposely turn off their phone ringers. You can have an urgent question and call literally 20 times before your call is answered. I worked at another place in the warehouse we always had to screen HRs calls because they wouldn't pick up and our manager was ok with this when I called them out about it. They took away our holiday pay they gave us more money but everyone I talked to would rather have federal holidays off.
