Decent pay, 1 hour lunch,

Cons

Management is very poor and dishonest, Understaffed, Hours are very inconsistent. Working self-checkout is a nightmare. Store becomes chaotic in the summer

Pros

If you like having full autonomy, are good with people, and REALLY patient, this is a good place to work

Cons

By full autonomy, I mean TOO MUCH autonomy. At least at my location, the TLs would forget about you, even when your MyWalmart tells you that you're approaching your 6th hour without a lunch.
