Pros

Learning how to survive in a toxic work environment.

Cons

Management expects you to clean up urine. So much more urine and feces in Walmart than is advertised. Management fails to protect staff against safety concerns.

Pros

Long lunch break if you work 6+hrs

Cons

Literally everything else. I barely received 2 days of actual training before they let me off on my own and then they wanted to look at me and talk to me like I was stupid anytime I was confused. Feels like you're being watched anytime you do anything and nothing you do is right. Also had customers act insanely rude towards me, and we're just expected to deal with it. You're also expected to help customers with whatever, despite having a job to do and getting punished if youre not doing well enough. Additionally, they kept scheduling me out of my availability. Worst place I've ever worked.
