-Point system can be rough. 5 points leads to termination. each point falls off 6 months after its accumulation date. -Can be difficult to set specific days off in some areas because of scheduling conflicts due to limited staff in that location -Most reports toward management go entirely unanswered regardless of evidence. my personal experiences were over-all good and my direct manager was as helpful as they could be when I needed it but other areas in the facility reflected hostile or unfair conditions toward associates from their direct leads that would go unnoticed by higher ups. -Opportunities to move up seem to come more often to people with a higher social affinity over those with more experience and work ethic -new hires or associates looking to transfer will often be turned away from desired job positions in poorly staffed areas, being told the positions are full and directed toward the companies current focus (online delivery pick-up, CAP 2, etc.) leaving some areas to struggle with very few employees for long amounts of time during turnover periods.
