Pros

Working the morning shift is a lot less work than working the night shift. Lunch is one hour.

Cons

Always understaffed, which results in more work. Management is not the best.

Pros

The team was supportive, shift routines were clear, and I gained good hands-on experience working in a busy bakery environment.

Cons

Early morning shifts can be tiring, workload spikes during peak hours, and sometimes staffing feels limited for the volume.
