Pros

Great development opportunities, flexible schedules (depending on role), great people to work with.

Cons

Salary is very stagnant if you've been in company for a while, not very competitive for experienced associates. "Organization structure" changes are becoming too frequent.

Pros

Great benefits, serves a convenient purpose in the community.

Cons

Poor culture, training needs updating, no accountability as poor performers are allowed to "step down." This "step down" allowance just clogs the pipeline for better talent. Just too old school with systems and processes. The big revenue masks a lot of problems
