Pros

There are always opportunities to grow, networking opportunities and benefits. I was able to earn my bachelors degree at no cost, 10% discount card, several types of insurance offered, discounts as several places such as restaurants, hotel, car rentals, tickets, vacations. As well as free benefits such as virtual OT, virtual Doctor on Demand, therapy/counseling (certain number of visits per scenario/challenge/occurance), diabetes support and so many more.

Cons

There is not consistency throughout the company. Depending on what part of the business, building, position and job type (salary vs hourly) the experience is different and can feel like different companies within the company. While respect for the individual is something that is reiterated frequently it is not always done. Not in a derogatory way but a lot of decisions and ways of working revolve on how far up the totem pole you are. The closer you are to the bottom the less likely you are to be heard or taken seriously.

Pros

Flexible scheduling works well with my availability. Management is generally supportive and coworkers are helpful. Employee discount is a nice benefit. Clear procedures make the job straightforward to learn.

Cons

Gets very busy during peak hours with long lines. Pay could be better for the workload. Standing all day is tiring. Some customers can be difficult to deal with.
