Pros

It’s easy enough for anyone. Pick and pack all day.

Cons

The demand to package 250items a day and pick 250 items per day is not realistic. If you pick 250 packing 250 doesn’t work for any associates in our store. Some associates stand around and wait for the OGP pickers to pick and deliver them merchandise to pack. Stressful when there are TL and coaches who believe the goals are reasonable.
