Pros

lots of people who really don't care work for this company so if you care an want to make something of yourself you can move up quickly

Cons

This is a large company and you can get lost in the numbers, also there is a bad "omen" with working for wal mart

Pros

They give you a steady job which does pay well at first. They give you a pretty decent benefits package as well.

Cons

The hours I have are miserable. I work from 3am to noon on most days. The management does not seem to care about your needs at all unless you suck up to them. I have been working here for 16 years and there are people that have been here for a lot less time in my department who are making more than I am!
