Pros

-Some of the employees were nice -Looks good on my resume -The pay is not extremly bad for it to be a summer internship

Cons

-Very unorgnanized- there were times when the interns would not receive paychecks because the position was not recognized -The management was not very supportive, as an intern you have a guide to follow but we had to take it upon ourselves to find something to do. -Gets boring rather quickly -The pay, even though it wasn't bad- it was not worth the hassle for $12/hr

Pros

There is an annual raise based on your performance. After each year of employment, you are evaluated by a member of management and the size in raise depends on your performance.

Cons

The managers say that they will work around your school schedule but are very hard to get along with. I was scheduled many times until midnight and had to commute an hour to an 8:00am class the next day. The manager knew my school schedule but refused to give me earlier hours.
