Pros

Wal-mart is a good place to start out and move up in the world. I have meet a lot of nice people, working with the public can be a honor to help others. Also sometimes things are unfair but what's no unfair in this world we live in. The training is good and the experiences you can learn on the way to what you are looking for. The also have a good education programs for there associates.

Cons

A lot of stress can god from working at wal-mart as in doing more jobs then you can handle and them expecting more work for you to do in such a little time to do it. Customer can also be real rude.
