Pros

401K Plan, Health benefits, Full time position. They give bonus every 3 months. It is fun to work . Friendly environment, good opportunity for growth

Cons

Cannot call out if sick. You are allowed only 3 callouts a year. Very hard to take a day off in case of sickness. They can fire you if you take three consecutive days off.

Pros

Paid at reasonable rate of pay considering the industry. It was not a horrible place to work. Overall, not a bad job for part time work.

Cons

It is a corporate job. Even if your managers and co-workers like you, you can get fired for one person's complaint. Your immediate supervisor has no say if a customers goes to corporate and no questions are asked at least in my store.
