Pros

There are pretty good advancement opportunites when you show performance. When there are new positions available all you have to do is change your career preference in the computer and you get an interiew.

Cons

The pay isnt all that great. Not only is the pay a little on the downsize but there are far too many shift cuts!

Job security. Room for advancement.

Cons

Salaried management has to work extra days at the whims of store manager. Some members of mangement are incompetent or do not care.

Pros

easy job without to much responsibilities. It was a cashier job so interaction with people was the main idea so I was confortable.

Cons

Poor management. The store had some very poor management team and the some customers were very rude and demanding sometimes.
