Pros

Easy work, they do not hound on you. They let you do your job and go home. Would go back.

Cons

Management do not seem to care much about their smaller employees. Very hard to move up to management because the business is so big.

Pros

Good bonuses and the contribute to retirement

Cons

They don't listen to employees. They overlook those that would be best for promotions and promote on a favortism basis.

Pros

I think tht the most rewarding aspect of being a memeber of the Wal-Mart team is the MIP (Management Insentive Plan). The base salary for this organization is really not that great for the level of commitment one has to dedicate. If you value work life balance, this is not the place for you/

Cons

Work life balance is not a priority for Wal-Mart
