Pros

Good team spirit. You can move up relatively soon after you are hired if you manage to stand out and impress your boss.

Cons

The pay is disastrous. For a company that spends millions every year to improve its public image here, they definitely could higher their wage standards. Walmart Culture is definitely overdone. The training, the meetings before work, the speeches, everything. It's a bit alienating if you cannot really relate yourself to the company. And I found it really hard to relate being such a small part of such a gigantic company.
