* Flexible schedule for both part time and full time workers * Guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week for part time during the whole year * Various benefits are offered for employees such as paid vacation, events and a yearly bonus depending on sales and inventory losses.

Cons

* Fast paced work environment, huge volume of customers * Unbalanced work load between cashiers and sales representatives * Irrational and self-centered in-store management
