Pros

The work of a cashier is easy.

Cons

Customers could be disrespectful at times. CSMs were late at giving breaks on time, upper management wasn't very involved with the front end of the store. Lack of respect given to lower end employees.

Pros

It was easy money, It's not intellectually challenging. It was a good place to work while in school. It helped pay

Cons

There is a stigma attached to working at walmart. I usually don't put alot of emphasis on that job when I am applying for another job other than retail.
