Pros

Consistent scheduling. It's a job.

Cons

Terrible Management. The Associates are all depressed and rude because they work at Wal-Mart. These are people who are literally trapped by circumstance and have been forced to work for a company they hate with no prospects of a real career.

friendly staff, small store with friendly locals and repeat customers, flexible hours, lots of opportunities for advancement

Cons

one of the assistant managers was not very friendly, not enough lockers for everyone to have one to themselves
