Pros

You can meet some wonderful people and your opportunity to move up is great if you put in the effort to get noticed.

Cons

I was fortunate to get full time quickly but it's harder and harder all the time. As a member of management it was very frustrating to see good people struggle to support a family because they weren't scheduled more than 30 hours a week. The stores are running on less and less associates at any given time but still expected to get things done and are held accountable if they aren't done.
