Pros

shift flexability in some stores. this is a company that will be around for a while and that offers some employeement stability. meeting and dealing with new people customers and staff.

Cons

some senior management has been in the same stores to long which leads to at times low moral with employees and a stale atmosphere

Pros

Very flexible with time off. 10% Discount on items I'b be buying anyways For the most part, good people to work with Salary isn't too bad Full time associate have good benefits, and part time benefits are pretty decent too

Cons

Management is always changing, and not always for the better. Current store I work at, management seems to be doing their best to tick people off and make them quit...and not just to weed out the slackers. Some long time people have left. Pay is OK but not enough if it's your primary income.
