Pros

It's a job, aside from making a few good friends and meeting some cool people I don't see anything else

Cons

Customers are unbearable most of the time Coworkers drama/gossip (idk how many times i was rumored pregnant) Two faced management (she said the store manager fired me...... she's the one that signed the paperwork,the store manager had nothing to do with it) Favoritism

Pros

Good benefits Got discounts on merchandise. Management is easily approachable and they know how to motivathe workers by making sure they have a meeting prior to the shift

Cons

Overnight shift is hard You don't get off on some holidays since thats the time they are busiest.
