assistants get a 3 day 3 day off work week hours are 8-8.stock purchase and profit sharing. fully vested in 7 years

Cons

have to do more with less. everything is on a score card. low scores no job. not a lot of job satisfaction market managers manage by exception

good friends, easy going nice place to work and good company benefits. Flexible schedule good pay and bonuses. Lots of work always busy

Cons

long hours, hard to find time for family. No time off your first yr except a few holidays. too much work to do in one day.

Walmart gives you many opportunities for one to climb up the ladder in the company . Their selecation process is pretty fair .

Cons

Now Walmart has a whole new schedualing system called the tmat. It works with ithe computer sloting in employees into shifts that are open and it makes your scheduale all over the place.
