Pros

decent pay. friendly co-workers. always on the move.

Cons

horrible management. after being offered a position of employment and being told wal-mart would work around my school schedule, the manager terminated my position along with 2 others the same day because they were unwilling to give us two days off of work. while interviewing other prospects, the assistant managers failed to tell them that the manager was unwilling to work around their school schedules and sent them off to their final interview anyways. in total i spent over 14 hours in interviews because wal-mart was ridiculously un-organized.

Pros

Compensation is good and at par with similar employers.

Cons

No clear direction on what is expected of the eCommerce program. Hiring done without due thought on what the role is expected to do.
