A pitiful, disrespectful, waste of 2 years

Pros

Decent pay, good co-workers (at least where I was), it's great for an entry level and/or college student, but further than that, things get a little shaky.

Cons

Management is incredibly disrespectful, you get the worst hours (no vacations from November to January. What sense does that make?), lack of promotions of a year and a half at times. Too much work, too little pay.
