Pros

Flexible timings, easy to get promoted within the company if you're a hard worker. If you build a good relationship with your managers and actually do your work, you'll like working here.

Cons

Minimum wage, hard to get a raise. Since there are so many people working here, some can slack off while other work really hard, but it's hard for management to notice this sometimes.
