Pros

It is a job and with the unemployment rate and economy of my area - that is a good thing. I work with some good people. The company has solid core values. There is a system set in place for preferences in advancement, if interested.

Cons

They mostly hire part-time. Not everyone practices the core values. As with most retail, shits may vary from week to week. How operations are carried out may vary from store to store based on the personality & taste of the various management levels. Advancement abilities may vary from store to store, even with preferences set in their system, due to store specific reasons.
