Walmart Canada is a friendly place to work because of the benefits they give to their employees such as a opportunity to invest in there stocks and health. I would recommend it to anyone,

Cons

Management make a lot of money, more then higher professions, but it takes longer to become a manager too because of experience

40 hours a week every week if you want them Facility is clean and relatively stocked to a sufficient level.

Cons

Employer to Employee Relationship is terrible Competence of Management is terrible Continuity between managers in terms of task management is non existent Reactive attitude instead of proactive attitude Incompetent in effective use of available resources

With walmart they at least work with peoples schedule, for the most part.

Cons

No room for advancement unless you ass kiss. Pay is consiberably less than what is offered by other employers
