Pros

You can work anywhere in the country. Not bad for a part time job. They are flexible in switching departments.

Cons

Management does not fully understand the jobs that are underneath them. The company would rather not spend money on an enough tools to get the job done.

Pros

Walmart is a nice place to work. The employees really become your second family. Enjoyed my time there as a part time sales associate. I was working there as a second job and loved the fact that you would be doing different things every day. My full time job is so predictable it was nice to have a change.

Cons

You have to watch out for management. Co-Managers are under so much stress from the store manager, that they are a bit grumpy most of the time. Assistant managers are your best source for information. You will be thrown into a job whether you know what you are doing or not.
