Pros

$9 an hour. That's pretty decent for a low level entry position.

Cons

Bad managers, disrespectful managers, unfair promotions.

Pros

Upper management knows everyone's first name even without your name badge on.

Cons

Middle Management doesn't care at all about the workers. Any problems they don't take responsibility for,"It is all the workers fault" They say "competitive wages" compared to other Wal-Marts maybe, not other businesses.

Pros

It's only a good place to work if you're in high school or a college student trying to earn some money.

Cons

It's not much of a career opportunity.
