its easy. barely pays the bills. beats not having a job

opportunities for growth are bogus. beacuse its a big company they are very strict about their leave regualtions

Pros

Pay is good, at least for now. However, the past 3 years of pay raises are minimal. Reviews are a joke because they are limited by upper mgmt,....nobody can get a better than "average" review in our district!

Cons

Benefits are NOT good. For those who think they are, they must never have had good benefits before.

Pay a little bit above minimal. Respect Training

Cons

They will only hire for part time. Benefits are only offered just to full time employees. Almost no communication and changes are constantly being made No chances for promotions or changes for others departments
