Pros

Job security-they rarely lay people off. Opportunity to advance and be promoted if you are motivated. Helpful supervisors. Friendly employees.

Cons

It is difficult to get full time schedules. There is often not enough shift coverage. It takes a long time to get assistance from CSM's.

Customer interaction with a variety of human beings good job to work your way through college with knowledge that is gained working there

Cons

it is nearly impossible to get a day off. must ask off 4 weeks in advance which is rediculous. managers are incompetent
