Pros

Good pay, easy to get days off, breaks every two hours, discount is usefull, allot of leadership information if you take the time to find it

Cons

Managment is given no training as to the direct operation of the store so you are on your own as an hourly "leader." Promotions are given based on the "good ol boy" policy under tones of racism and homophobia. Plan on being a leader without the ability to tell your people what to do without being questioned every step of the way.

Pros

Great managment, pay, bennifets, the people are there to work. You get a great deal of respect for the job always.

Cons

The hours there are not the greatist but you can get any day you ask off for. The work load can be a bit crazy sometimes but it ceep you busy.

Pros

-They allow you to work during your hours of availability. I never work mornings. -The other people I work with in produce are friendly and helpful. -You get a 10% employee discount after 90 days for general merchandise and fresh produce.

Cons

-Even within my availability, the hours are random and difficult to plan around. (e.g. 1-10 Mon., 2-7 Tue., Nothing Wed. or Thu., 5-9 Fri.) -Our department has been understaffed for a month, but they haven't hired anyone new yet, so management gets frustrated that not everything gets done and blames the employees. -Every manager (and there are a LOT) has a different idea of what is most important, so there is always someone who is upset that THEIR "Most Important Thing" didn't get done. No clear setting of priorities for associates. Very little positive feedback when you've done a good job.
