Pros

- good side job for some extra cash - discount on certain things - meet some nice people who you work with

Cons

the hours they give you are never consistent pay could be way better no respect from management bc they can replace you in a second no growth potential

Too Many Managers and Not Enough Workers

Pros

Decent pay Usually fair raises Working in a department with a good Department Manager makes a HUGE difference. However, they are few and far between.

Cons

Lack of management competence Unpredictable working hours sometimes (2pm - 11pm and then 7am - 4pm the next morning) No advancement without complete open availability of schedule No respect from management Walmart customers
