Pros

Good benefits programs with reasonable attendance expectations. Management is very helpful in advising you how to do your required job. Our store gets quarterly bonuses based on our performance. You get an additional $1 per hr. for working Sundays plus you are paid for working holidays at your average number of hrs. worked per day.

Cons

You are constantly being sent to do jobs other than the one you are scheduled for. I have worked there for almost 2 yrs. and have yet to get a vacation. It is typical retail, so expect to be working lots of weekends if you want to get more than 20 hrs. a week

Pros

Big stable company. Don't have to worry about them going anywhere. Good pay. Working in a distribution center is the way to go. Enjoy working there. Safe place to work. Upbeat atmosphere.

Cons

Very structured environment, which is generally a good thing, however, sometimes it makes it hard to get things done. Sometimes have to jump through hoops.
