Pros

You can make your own schedule if you catch enough shoplifters. You can also wear what you want every day.

Cons

The worst part is pay. I maxed out for my compensation and that is only $11.20 an hour. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pros

the employees, we have a great group of people working at our store; hardworking, helpful and courteous.strong sense of teamwork .

Cons

Management for the most part .continually adding more work and responsibility with no extra help training is non-existent, sink or swim.

Pros

The atmosphere is nice and coworkers were all very cool. It was also pretty easy most of the time except for weekends

Cons

I thought that the pay was rather low. I mean come on! I cant live on minimum wage. Very sad that a company who makes that much cant event take care of its employees.
