Pros

A 10% discount on general merchandise only. Maybe a better chance in buying the latest hot item that would otherwise be sold out...and you get a small discount. Overall, your co-workers are usually like family.

Cons

The pay is barely over minimum wage. They are not very flexible with your schedule. You can kiss your weekends goodbye. Management is very disrespectful. Your job title doesn't mean anything. They will drag you all over the store and then discipline you for your actual job not being done. Very stressful. And working with the public...need i say more.

Pros

The hourly pay is good compared to other competing chains. As a relief pharmacist, working out my shifts with the scheduler usually goes well.

Cons

The training is horrible which makes even the most willing support staff (technicians, cashiers, etc...) unable to effectively perform their job. Cross-training is unheard of.
