Not the best, but not the worst.

Pros

They hire pretty much anyone, so it's easy to get a job if you need it. If you need more hours, you get them easily.

Cons

Working at Walmart was incredibly boring. The customers are frustrating and you see some crazy people. The co-workers were alright.

Pros

One of the best things about Wal-Mart is respect for the individual. This golden sentence alone is the very reason I can see myself working for this company for many more years.

Cons

The downside would probably be the facility, sometimes it can be very depressing to arrive before the sun goes up and get out of work by the time it goes back down.
