Pros

Really dont have any. Managers were good to work around your schedule and the benefit package was good for the work you are doing.

Cons

Rude customers, managers are a pain in the butt sometimes, no change for advancement (especially in my field of choice. just not good

Pros

The basic philosophy of the founder of being able to advance to whatever level you desire. Your fellow associates become your second family, blemishes and all.

Cons

I look at my position within the organization as a puzzle containing 10 pieces, 9 of the 10 pieces fit together very well, the 1 that does'nt is the compensation. I feel that the organization needs to be able to attrach and retain qualified individuals and a key factor in this is being fairly compensated to enable an individual to make a living working for Walmart. Way too many of us have to have two jobs just to make ends get close to meeting.
