Pros

You get to meet alot of different people both co-workers and customers. My associates in my department actully look forward to coming to work because we have a good time and get the job done.

Cons

The management has issues with the chain of communication. One asst, manager has no clue what the others are doing at anytime. The co-managers have no idea what the managers under them are doing. And the store manager just has no clue.

Pros

Making alot of new friends and connections. Great benefits! Great way to advance to higher paying positions. The best job security.

Cons

Very difficult to get middle management to listen to your point of view. Not all of the best canadates are promoted.

Pros

Raises are decent (yearly evaluations) My experiences with management have been fairly well Flexible schedule with some positions Team work

Cons

Can be very boring at times, depending on store location and sales. Have to work in one location for 6 months before transferring.
