Pros

this company gives you the opportunity to excel within the company. If you are a hard worker and you truly care about what you do, your opportunities for advancement are endless. I have been there for 7 years and have been promoted twice in the past 4.

Cons

Unfortunately with the economy being in the state that it is, people aren't shopping as much as they used to. As a result, your payroll is squeezed as tight as possible and you end up working with a skeleton crew often.

Pros

Wal-Mart has decent pay compared to similar positions and has somewhat decent benefits

Cons

Wal-Mart says they dont need a union because they are pro associate. Sounds great but they always demand more and more until you get no time off. Wal-Mart says they are pro family, but working 6 to 7 12 hour days a week is not pro family in my opinion
