Pros

Great place to work and learn. There is so much to learn. You can shadow people in differen areas for about 4 days a month and learn from their day to day experiences.There is always place to move into different areas and learn . Really you have ample oppotunities if you want to explore.

Cons

Bad benefits package. Health insurance sucks!

Pros

Pay is decent for my area Benefits are acceptable but not great Flexible Schedule is big for someone going to school

Cons

Terrible communication Management is lost was promised positions and then someone else would be hired from outside the company you catch alot of grief from things that don't really relate to you at all
