Pros

it is a easy shopping place. I liked their "price matching" policy, so I can shop at one store for any discount I can find.

Cons

I worked there for only a year. It seemed stable, but I don't feel there are many advance opportunities, but it's an entry level position anyway.

Pros

Opportunity to gain experience for first time job applicants. Has many different departments one can cross train to gain more confidence in themselves.

Cons

Store is sometimes to busy to recognize the extra training that some associates may need to better equip them to do a better job.
