Pros

The 3 on 3 off shifts is great, This gives you alot of home time with 3 days off in a row every week. Pay is better than other places.

Cons

Lots of pressure. assistants are sussposed to be over operations but are still over every area with less associates after restructure.

Pros

If you show up on time and when your supposed to and actually come in with the focus of doing your job - management is going to be flexible with you when you need time off etc. They were very gracious with me when it came to giving me leaves for school, church functions, trips, etc

Cons

Its Wal-Mart - so customers aren't always going to be nice and you'll have your days when it seems like you can't do anything right to please people In some ways Wal-Mart is like its own little "social bubble" - everybody hangs out and there can defiantly be drama between people in different departments etc
