Pros

The benefits of a percentage off of purchases at store. This would help on larger purchases to save the family money.

Cons

The turnover rate is typically really bad, along with working with many people that do not speak English, and that are very lazy and uneducated.

Pros

The coworkers are very helpful and caring, the customers always seem to be in great moods, so must say their shopping experience has been a great one! Great leaders throughout the store, and chances for advancements.

Cons

The pay could be a little bit better. And there never seems to be enough cashiers schedule during the afternoon evening times.

Pros

pretty good pay, especially overnights and sunday

Cons

day shift doesn't keep reliable schedule, most departments have to wait until meeting to know where they're going, work load for each person is beyond reasonable ability, mentality of "just get it done" is more important than "get it done right"
