Pros

Pay by in large has increased in walmart. There are part-time flexable hrs, and the stores for the most part have very nice encouraging associates. The main option to consider is the posibility for advancement...

Cons

In some cases the walmart environment is not so kind. Some individuals feel its ok to lie to associates for their own personal gain. Must understand can only trust those who have shown to be trust worthy.
